ITEM TWO:

4 Energy Activation Sessions

1 Per Week, Per Class

Energy Attuning Sessions are facilitated by Andrea once a week following each class space. Energy Attuning Sessions are remote, distance energy sessions.

This means Andrea connects in with each student using consciousness.

Andrea connects with each student in The Field of Consciousness and activates and attunes and activates the students weekly.

When you are ready to receive your activations and attunements follow these steps:

• • Lay down, listen to one of the Angelic Connections Music Audios, and allow your highest good
  • Relax and trust yourself and trust the space
  • Take a deep slow breath and on the exhale “let the body drop” and allow the session to unfold

What do students experience during their Energy Sessions?

Some students feel vibrations, warmth, jolts, twitches, etc. in their body. Some feel very relaxed. Some see colors, visions, symbols, sacred geometry, passed loved ones, ancestors, star families, etc.

Some connect with their teams of light, guardians, spiritual connections like Jesus, Mother Mary, Mary Magdalene. Some experience inner child or past life trauma healing, some fall asleep.

Allow the space best you can.  Take deep breaths throughout, slow, deep breaths, and fall into you.

You can revisit any week to go deeper in the class video and also the energy sessions as well.   There is no wrong way to do and BE this space.

Trust yourself and allow
