As you allow the frequency of shame to enter the system you allow for a diminishing of this life force energy, a reducing of your own light to exist.

You are energy, or the life force energy that enters the system, if you allow shame as this frequency you allow for the energy of life force to be reduced to that of shame, a pulling away, a hiding. The digestive system is the place of ingestion and digestion of foods, it’s the place where nutrition to the physical body exists, through the digestion process vital nutrition is sent to the cells of the body, this is through an energetic communication.

To allow shame within this system causes a retracting of the information being sent to the cells, it doesn’t allow for the full or even proper nutritional factors to exist. The foods you eat lose their value so to speak, also through the emotional factor of the sacral chakra’s location within the system, the frequency of shame produces a hiding, shrinking and even punishing to exist. The lymphatic system is the master regulator of disease or discomfort within the body. The muscular system is the mover of the body, it allows the body strength and agility to move upon the Earth, it also allows the body to have strength for balance and stability.

To allow shame within this system stops the flow of life force energy to the system, it causes a retreating of your own natural presence to the system, creating a weakness, a staggering of the life force flow to affect the stability of the system as a whole. This causes muscular weakness and thus affects the nervous system as well.

The nervous system is the communication system to the body, the functioning of all emotional and physical communication to all organs structures.

WEEK FIVE

The skeletal system is the structural system of the body; it supports you both inside and outside the body. As the bones it allows for movement as structure, the movement of you physically through space and time. To allow shame within this system creates an instability to your structure and movement. It causes a retracting of your own vital life force to the system, thus causing a weakness in your structure. The respiratory system is the breath of life, the life force of movement through air. This system is the place of fluidity of life force as air or breath itself as you as your physical expression self through your breath, your truth. To allow shame within the system causes you to retract that that you are from your expression of self through air or movement of air. To retract all that you are means all that you have become will be your expression, all that is a product so to speak of your subconscious expression of self. This means you are not adding you to your life expression with the collective but instead the collective beliefs themselves back to the collective.

To release shame from this system restores the movement of breath of life through air to that of your authentic self  that that you are an expression of source consciousness

The reproductive system is the creator system of the body, it is the place of physical creation, both physically and emotionally. It is the area of all creative energy to the world from your soul essence. It is the originator of this creative energy.

To allow shame within this system text away your natural ability to create and leaves you feeling a loss of the process of creation itself, shame causes you to retreat, to hide, that’s hiding from your self, your own desires or wants. The skin senses your environment from the human level of touch and awareness, as the hair acts as an antenna for higher level frequencies and awareness. The nails act as protectors to give information to the tissue below as to how to gauge protection to the blood vessels and tissues as a whole.
