“There are many things I’m starting to recognize in my experience that are happening for me. I was expecting them to look a certain way.. they look and feel a bit different than I imagined. Tonight’s class had so many ah-ha moments! Especially when you said “it’s all you” hearing it this time I see how we are choosing to speak to everyone as I would speak to myself. I will be so much more aware of this when creating boundaries for myself. For example I could say “I no longer choose to hang out with that version of myself.” And by doing so that’s is doing what’s best for me, loving myself and choosing to honor my awareness.
