My awareness of my light body is peaceful, stabilizing, and above all profound! To use your language, I’m not looping with every uncomfortable feeling. I just continue addressing my light body, knowing it will reveal what I need to learn. So far I’m learning that I never paid attention to my physical body. To spell it out means I just went about doing what I wanted to do, when I wanted to do, no matter the time of day, how my body felt or if it was wise to do such a thing! Now, in the morning I ask myself to guide myself to pay greater attention to the feelings of my physical body because they give me direction!
