Council of the
13 Dragon Codes

Welcome to the Arcturian University

Founded by Viviane Chauvet, an Arcturian Ambassador, and Cosmic Teacher, this University is the only official embassy sanctioned by Arcturus Light Council and Elders available on Earth. It provides a portal to higher consciousness through experiential learning, new earth initiatives, Arcturian healing technology, meditative journeys, and direct intergalactic transmissions.

We aim to reawaken, empower, and inspire individuals to embrace their Divine Blueprint, live in benevolence, initiate heart transformation, and manifest their highest timeline as emissaries of Light. Choosing re-ascension means actively stepping into empowerment by remembering your sovereignty.

ITEM 1: Master Class: Council of the 13 Dragon Codes

Dragon beings are among the most ancient ones in the multiverses. Eons ago, the Dragon Nation sent forth 13 Dragon Soul Emanations to the Earth as sacred Guardians. They are the Wisdom Keepers for the Solar Dragon, living light codes of initiation. Those codes are energetically interconnected in the Earth’s light body to preserve the 5th-dimensional leylines for ascension.

Viviane will explore the interconnection between planetary collective consciousness and the Council of the 13 Dragon Guardians. The Dragons understand that when the heart of humanity is healed, it releases a sacred fire that ignites a quantum triangle of connection in the body.

The 13 Dragon Solar Fire Breath will magnify the Arcturian light mastery to activate this sacred triangle of the Heart and Kidney, thus forming a new Heart configuration. Once this fire is ignited, the heart’s twin flames for Divine Perfection reawaken to cleanse the bloodstream and restore the Christ Seed of Soul/Body connection.

During the first part of the master class, we will connect to the Dragon Nation, establish a quantum space, and anchor the Codes of Initiation for the Great Awakening on Gaia. In part 2 we will continue our event with Heart Healing with the Dragon Solar Fire Breath, Arcturian Light Frequencies, and the Heart/Kidneys Triangle.

ITEM 2: Arcturian Healing Chamber: Initiating Multidimensional Energy Bodies Part 1

Your personal multidimensional energy bodies are the blueprint to the body’s health, balance, and inner Chi functions. The Arcturians Master Healers understand how each energy body governs its energy systems and how to reconnect all body functions to higher levels to remove stress, anxiety, and distorted frequencies that cause pain and confusion. Start a new paradigm of conscious living, refreshed and balanced physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually!

In Part 1, we focus on the physical and mental balance.
