Althea Provost is an educator, author, and founder of Starseed Adventures, known for her grounded approach to exploring human perception and multidimensional experience. A natural clairvoyant since childhood, Althea has spent her life observing subtle phenomena with curiosity rather than ideology, allowing her work to emerge from lived experience, discernment, and ongoing research.

Her teaching focuses on initiation myths, ancient patterns, and archetypal themes—subjects she approaches through direct observation and long-term inquiry. Althea’s courses invite participants to explore their own awareness with clarity and self-responsibility, without promises of transformation or predetermined outcomes.

As a counselor, she offers practical, present-moment insight to clients seeking perspective on their experiences. Through her company, Thea’s Heart® LLC, she also curates international travel adventures designed to support personal reflection, meaningful engagement, and a deeper sense of connection to place and experience.

Althea is the award-winning author of Four Aliens and a Funeral: A Memoir of Perception, a candid account of her early experiences and the integration that followed. Her work continues to evolve as she explores the intersection of perception, myth, and the human journey.
