I have been a seeker of truth and a teller of stories for as long as I can remember. My fascination with words began during my childhood in Pittsburgh, PA; took me to Northwestern University, where I received a BA and MA in English literature; and then to Paris, France, to indulge my fantasy of living in a Left Bank writer’s garret of my own. My ongoing inner exploration and expansion has inspired my transformational talks, workshops and retreats worldwide celebrating the timeless, sacred teachings of the world’s wisdom traditions.
I am also trained in a variety of healing modalities and have a private healing and mentoring practice. All my work carries a healing vibration meant to catalyze deep personal shifts in consciousness, expanded awareness and recognition of one’s soul purpose. Drawing on my longtime spiritual inquiry and practice, I find joy in inspiring others to ignite and accelerate a fearless journey toward wholeness and fulfillment.
